1. nice Idea - yes. But you can just sort your BM list by "Jumps". Green ones will show up on top. 2. Missiles don't change any launcher attribute (IMO). Range, velocity and flight time is a Missile attribute. The launcher simply... "launch" the ...

you get sec gain from mission rats just like from belt rats (maybe little less). i got 0.22% tops for some high end bounty mission BS rats. Handing the Mission in have nothing to do with your sec gain.
